Macro photos are kinda like dreams. Fascinating to the person who has them, but often contextless and of little interest to others. No matter. Using a macro lens on my iPhone to take pictures of small things tends to put me in a right headspace.

Because I think a 2-D rendering of a world that is anywhere between 4 and 26-D just isn’t all that exciting. Because I have never enjoyed posing for pictures. Because I am a freak or a duddy-fuddy for thinking people are crazy for spending hours in front of waterfalls and historical landmarks takin’ pictures of THEMSELVES.
